eXp 6000 Pro Plus: Technical specifications
The eXp 6000 Pro Plus floor scanner and metal detector is a top-of-the-range OKM detection tool. Offered by Inventum Detector, it is entirely wireless. In fact, it can be controlled via a touch screen, video glasses or even a laptop. Discover the many technical features of this model.
Interface
Take advantage of a touchscreen interface designed to be intuitive and accessible in several languages. Its color display and automatic setting adjustments facilitate your explorations under a variety of conditions.

Telescopic rod
This is the world’s first 3D ground radar using the innovative OKM telescopic probe. It adjusts to the user’s height up to 124 cm. So you can scan large surfaces as well as narrow areas. What’s more, to maximize your comfort, it features additional cushions. Last but not least, there’s a built-in slot for your GPS receiver. And magnetic connectors make it easy to mount probes on the lower end.

Interchangeable probes
Take advantage of interchangeable carbon probes, both lightweight and rigid, designed for a variety of uses. They connect easily to your rod and transmit scan data live via a magnetic wireless connector.

Among these probes, the Super Sensor makes it easy to discriminate and locate buried objects. The Tunnel Sensor detects hidden tunnels, chambers, cellars and other underground structures. What’s more, the Live Flow Sensor offers real-time visualization of buried objects, with immediate data transmission to the screen. Together, these probes enable prospection at depths of up to 25 meters.

Innovative operation of the eXp 6000 Pro Plus
As a high-end detector, the eXp 6000 Pro Plus professional 3D scanner offers different operating modes in a single device.
The 3D Ground Scan, combined with Live Scan Visualisation, gives you real-time, three-dimensional visualization of underground artefacts and cavities. You can then explore the composition of the observed underground environment via Mineral Scan Detection thanks to color coding. The Pinpointer can also be used to locate any anomalies detected, thus facilitating your research. Finally, the Magnetometer enables more specific exploration of ferromagnetic objects, while the Tunnel Scan identifies tunnels and cavities in color.
Another special feature of this detector is its orientation sensor. This helps treasure hunters to hold the probe correctly during measurement. To this end, an icon on the display and a variable acoustic signal warn the user if the probe is being held at the wrong angle, ensuring reliable measurements.
Finally, during the measurement process, the treasure hunter can view his first data directly on the touch screen. This is followed by a graphical representation of the targets in 2D and 3D, color-coded. This allows the image to be rotated and scaled to better understand the layout of the detected objects. The result is immediate data on underground structures!

3D Ground Scan: for 3D representation of underground artefacts and cavities.

Pinpointer: to identify and locate detected anomalies.

Mineral Scan Live Scan: specific to the detection of natural mineralization via color-coded graphics.

Magnetometer: for locating ferromagnetic objects.

Tunnel sensor: designed to detect tunnels and cavities via color-coded graphics.

Live-stream: for real-time viewing.

Data analysis
Once scan data has been collected in the Mineral Scan, Tunnel Scan and 3D Ground Scan operating modes, it can be stored directly in the eXp 6000 Pro Plus’s internal memory. In this way, the user can easily open and analyze the scan files stored on the control unit. What’s more, the files can also be transferred in .v3d format to a computer for further analysis using the included 3D Visualizer 3D Studio Professional Edition software. Thanks to this step, it is possible to annotate explored objects and keep notes, facilitating interpretation and archiving of results.

eXp 6000 Pro Plus accessories

The eXp 6000 Pro Plus comes with a range of accessories. In fact, in addition to the touch screen, the floor scanner user can also control the metal detector using the optional video goggles. In this way, the user can better concentrate on his environment, without overlooking obstacles while measuring. In fact, he or she can visualize in real time before his or her eyes the scan data already recorded.
You can also choose between an Android tablet or a Windows laptop to complement the control unit. As a result, users can choose to view or observe 3D ground surveys during scanning. What’s more, the Windows laptop combined with Visualizer 3D Studio detection software enables detailed analysis of the scanned images.
Finally, the Power Pack (D/C version) optimizes your explorations by supplying additional energy to the detector. In this way, the treasure hunter can charge and extend the operating time of the control unit and telescopic rod. And all this outdoors, even while scanning the ground!
